Cancellations / Rescheduling

Technical Training Australia requires 48 hours notice for any changes being made to bookings or the full fee will be charged and payable.

As our trainers are scheduled in advance according to the bookings and to accommodate our small class sizes, it is essential that we are advised of any cancellation or rescheduling with as much notice as possible.

With more than 48 hours notice, bookings can be transferred to another suitable date and time while every effort is made to accommodate changes.

With less than 48 hours notice, bookings are non-transferable and if payment has not already been made, it will be due on the day of cancellation.

Please note: Any enquiries regarding bookings and changes must be communicated directly with the office administration staff and not your Trainer. It is preferred that you call us for bookings and changes to bookings.

Payments

Full payment for all bookings is required at least three days prior.

Payment methods are bank transfer, cash, eftpos, or credit card.

Please note: there is a 1%* surcharge for credit card transactions. No fee is incurred from your cheque or savings accounts in person.

Payments plans, if required, are avaliable for our Essential Skills Training Programs and Motor School courses and must be arranged with the Financial Manager.
